Candles with a sense of humour

We create hand-poured luxury soy blend candles. Our candles feature a blend of coconut and soy wax which ensures a slow burning and long-lasting candle. We use high quality fragrance oils to ensure that our candles are cruelty free, vegan friendly, paraben free and phthalate free. We want to create clean burning candles that are best suited for people with pets, who have allergies or other sensitivities. Our scented candles are not overpowering and have a beautiful and subtle scent.

Wood Wicks are easy to use and provide a nice crackle as your candle is burning. The flame is horizontal while burning so your candles will achieve a melt pool much quicker which means that your candle will fill a room with scent much faster than with traditional candle wicks. Wooden wicks are 100% natural, non-toxic, clean burning, sustainably-made and biodegradable.

  • Sustainability with candles that care

    Our candles are eco-friendly, vegan friendly, non-toxic and clean burning.

    Wax can easily be cleaned out of the jar with hot soapy water and the jar can be reused or recycled.

  • Candle care

    On the first burn, allow the wax to fully melt on the first burn and consecutive ones!

    On every new burn, re-trim the wick to 1/8." Always allow enough time for the wax to melt to edge before blowing out.

Our Story

Gillbillies Candle Corp was created by Christina and Brandon Gill. We are located in Barrie, Ontario and enjoy coming up with our unique candle names and collections.
